A salad of arugula, shaved manchego, sliced apple and toasted walnuts drizzled with a light honey and white balsamic vinaigrette.

Housemade gnocchi with sautéed pancetta, fresh tomatoes and pecorino cheese.

Course 4:
Spanish Chorizo sausage and chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, peppers, onions and fresh peeled tomatoes served over saffron rice with sweet peas and carrots.
Paired with Conde de Valdemar Rioja Reserva 2006

New York Style Cheesecake topped with a homemade lightly salted caramel sauce.
